Embroidery on Clothing and Apparel

Do we embroider apparel and clothing?

Yes, absolutely, we embroider polo shirts, tshirts, baseball caps, toques, jackets, vests, and all sorts of apparel.  We also embroider bath robes, towels, and can make patches for vests, back packs, hockey bags, golf bags, and more.  If you’ve got a sports jersey (ie. hockey or baseball) that you’d like personalized with your name and/or number, we can do that too!

Do you have to buy clothing from you?

No, you don’t need to, if you’ve got your own clothing that you’d like embroidered we’re happy to do that for you.  But, if you do buy your clothing from us we can always make recommendations on different types of clothing, and give you discounts on the embroidery based on volume.

Be sure to see the “Embroidery Info” below for more details.

Embroidery Information

What is embroidery?

Think of embroidery as sewing, it’s stitching that is sewn onto a piece of fabric – like a polo shirt, baseball hat, or jacket.

What an average cost for embroidery?

The cost of embroidery based on number of stitches per piece, and the number of pieces being done.  Our standard pricing is $7.50 for up to 10,000 stitches on a low volume, plus the cost of digitizing if you need it.

Do we sell clothing and apparel?

Of course we do!  Just checkout our catalogues page, and look under the “Clothing Database” section.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery?

Yes, there is, and that minimum is 1, just 1 piece.  Having said that though, we usually tell people that you pay a premium for any quantity less than 6 pieces, and you do start to get better pricing at 12 pieces.  From there, pricing is based on volume with price points at 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 pieces.

What’s the turn around time for having something embroidered?

To be honest, it does depend on the season a little, but do plan on approximately 2 weeks.  During busier seasons (like spring) when all the minor sports leagues are in, turn around times can creep to 3 weeks, but we’ll do our best to meet any timeline requirements you may have.  During non-peak seasons, sometimes we can turn around things in a week-ish, but be sure to ask us first if you need something in that time frame.  Doing any type of embroidery in less than a week, generally isn’t possible because we’ve always got jobs already in the hopper.
